February 21, 2011—UGL Services, a division of UGL Limited, recently announced it has signed a contract with the St. Louis Convention and Visitors Commission to provide cleaning and an array of services at the America’s Convention Center and The Edward Jones Dome.
Under the terms of the management contract for the convention center, UGL Services managers and supervisors will direct America’s Center staff as they set up, break down and clean in the Convention Center and the facility’s 80 meeting rooms.
UGL Services will also manage and staff post-event cleaning for The Edward Jones Dome. Working with Regency Enterprises Services, a Minority and Women’s Business Enterprise (MWBE) company, UGL Services will deploy up to 200 cleaners following major events.
UGL Services will apply its advanced management programs and technologies, including state-of-the-art operational facilities management and safety training. The company will also implement its UGL Services GreenClean sustainable services program and UNI-Q handheld inspection system, as well as online condition reports for customer review.
