UKs Abilitynet provides advice on workplace adjustments for disabled workers

February 13, 2004—Abilitynet, a UK charity dedicated to making work more accessible to people with disabilities, has released a package of new materials to help employers meet legislative obligations and also reduce the effects of RSI.

In the context of the Disability Discrimination Act and related legislation, Abilitynet’s CD-based package provides a step-by-step guide to adjustments for computer workstations, aiming to make them more accessible to staff with visual or physical impairments.
