July 15, 2002—UNICCO Service Company, an integrated facilities services outsourcing company, announced a new contract with pharmaceutical company, Wyeth, formerly American Home Products. Under the contract, UNICCO will provide facilities services in support of Wyeth’s production, warehousing, research and development, and office areas at the Guayama, Puerto Rico facility.
With the addition of the Guayama property, UNICCO now supports 12 Wyeth facilities.
UNICCO is responsible for eight buildings covering two million square feet at the Guayama plant. Services include custodial, window washing and fleet vehicle washing. In addition, UNICCO provides porter services, including conference room setups.
