Universal Access expands its global reach for the European market

Universal Access Inc. opens offices in Amsterdam and London to expand its global network reach for service providers and carriers in Europe. Universal Access is a provider of Internet network infrastructure services, and the new offices will improve service in providing high-speed, global connections to international telecommunication companies based in Europe. The offices in London and Amsterdam will house the company’s European operations including all administration, provisioning, quoting, technical support, and customer relations. Sales and services, along with interconnection facilities, will be decentralized throughout Europe in satellite offices.

To create its current position, Universal Access has partnered with industry leaders including AT&T, BCE Nexxia, Broadwing, Cable & Wireless, Genuity, WorldCom, and Williams Communication. The firm has its headquarters in Chicago and regional offices in Virginia, California, London, and Amsterdam.
