September 23, 2002—Veo, a provider of digital imaging products and services, has introduced a new line of Veo Observer network available for $199.99.
The company’s new cameras enhance corporate security by allowing users to hear and see what is happening in their businesses remotely from any PC web browser.
The cameras capture audio-video clips and digital snapshots. Live audio can be captured via internal or external microphones. The cameras allow for built-in tilt and pan control from remote locations and can be set to automatically send e-mail alerts with attached snapshots when motion is detected. CCD sensors ensure good quality images to be captured in low-light conditions.
A full-featured software package, included with camera purchase, allows for multi-camera viewing so users can monitor four camera locations at one time on a split screen, easily design custom home pages and more.
Additional features include a VGA CCD sensor for low-light sensitivity and an internal microphone to capture live audio.
