March 8, 2004—Versar, Inc. has announced that its indoor air quality business has grown substantially in the past year. Led by an increase in mold investigation and remedial services, the company received over $4 million in funded indoor air quality new orders over the past four months.
Major projects received involve mold remediation, moisture infiltration mitigation and engineering management services for a national real estate development company; emergency indoor air quality response services to one of the largest apartment management companies for apartments involved in flood, fires and other disasters; indoor air quality remediation for a County library; and mold investigation and mitigation services for a large university in the Midwest.
