VFA announces four new contracts for facility condition assessment

August 14, 2002—VFA, a Boston-based provider of facilities capital planning and management solutions, recently announced several new contracts:

  • Massachusetts’ Salem State College has chosen VFA’s Capital Planning and Management Solutions (CPMS), a combination of both VFA.facility software and VFA’s facility condition assessment methodology, to train its facilities managers on the standardized facility condition assessment methodology to assure accurate, consistent information and to integrate building data into capital planning projects.
  • The Tacoma, Wash., YMCA has chosen VFA to perform a facility condition assessment.
  • Connecticut’s Town of Bloomfield awarded VFA a contract to implement VFA’s CPMS approach to manage the condition information for multiple facilities.
  • New York University has selected VFA.facility — VFA’s Web-architected software that enables users to maintain, update, and analyze mass amounts of facility condition data across multiple buildings and dispersed locations. The university has also chosen VFA to conduct a facility condition assessment of its buildings.
