October 30, 2002—VFA, Inc. has been selected by two companies to perform condition assessments. The Lynn Water and Sewer Commission, based in Lynn, Massachusetts, selected VFA to perform a condition assessment of several of the city’s facilities and pump houses.
Northern Arizona University, located in Flagstaff, Arizona, also selected VFA to conduct detailed and systems lifecycle condition assessments of multiple campus buildings. In addition, VFA will deliver VFA.facility, the core software platform of the Company’s Capital Planning and Management Solutions (CPMS) offerings. VFA.facility provides a central database via the Web that enables users to manage and analyze large amounts of building condition data, as well as related cost information, across multiple campus locations.
