August 8, 2003—VFA was recently awarded to contract awards for detailed facility assessment. Northfield Mount Hermon School, based in Northfield, Mass., inked a deal with VFA for two campuses with more than 130 administration, boarding, instruction and support buildings. In addition, VFA will perform a site and utilities analysis at the school.
VFA was also recently awarded a contract from Purdue University to perform an assessment of facility conditions. The assessment will cover four buildings at the university’s main campus in West Lafayette, Ind. VFA tailored the assessment, data collection and reporting to meet Purdue’s specific needs.
VFA provides building managers and owners with capital planning and asset management software, condition assessments and consulting services that are designed to enable strategic oversight of facility assets.
