September 28, 2007—Villa FM, the European Centre for Facility Management, has started its first European wide research project.
This first research is sponsored by AOS Studley. In a series of five online researches Villa FM will map the European FM market and share the results with all participating publications and non -profit organizations. The aim of the exercise is to help make the European FM market grow by making it more transparent and competitive, says the organization.
Villa FM will therefore also put the results on the table of the European Commission, Euro FM, the European Business Services Round Table and others EU-oriented organizations.
Villa FM uses its research site to collect the market data and share summaries of the results. The first research focus is on the four major areas in FM today: workspace, outsourcing, knowledge transfer and match making. The next researches will focus on each of the four areas.
Villa FM is an independent knowledge center and consultancy focusing on cross-border and cross- cultural match making, knowledge transfer, workplace strategies and outsourcing in FM and Corporate Real Estate. For more information, see the Web site.
