April 25, 2005—Vista System International, a world leader in modular curved frame technology, has integrated state-of-the-art LED technology into its Vista Light System, the company has announced.
The technology, which was recently developed by AgiLight, features a linear LED edge lighting system for illuminating Vista light boxes. It is a low-voltage light with a life expectancy of up to 20,000 hours of continuous use that is available in customizable lengths for any box size. It contains no mercury, uses simple 3M VHB tape peel and stick technology and ultra-low power, and offers an optimized color-rendering index with the brightest white light.
The Vista Light System is used to create freestanding, convex, and double sided signs that can be backlit with the addition of interior illumination, or used with standard sign substrates without illumination. It is designed to accept standard signage substrates such as: plastics, metals, and paper.
