August 20, 2003—Visitor Management Inc. (VMI), developer of computer software and ID badges, has been awarded the contract of providing credentials, badges, and meal ticket tracking cards for the upcoming 2003 World Gymnastics Championships in California. With the assistance of the Championships’ managing director, VMI produced an above-standard Credential design using VMI’s Badge design Software and ID system. Up to three thousand people will be credentialed during the Championships.
To address all of the event’s requirements, VMPro has been expanded to include an extended feature set, creating a new core product, VMPro 2. VMPro 2 offers a quick and inexpensive route for producing photo ID cards, says VMI. The solution includes a customizable badge designer and a starter pack of VMI’s innovative ID badges, which can be used with any ink-jet or laser printer.
