May 23, 2003—Centerstone Software joined forces with Wentworth Institute of Technology’s department of Design & Facilities to educate students on Computer Aided Facilities Management system analysis for various technology solutions in the facility marketplace. Centerstone Software executives served as guest instructors at Wentworth’s Boston campus using hands-on training.
From implementation to data collection, to data mapping, students received an introduction to e-Center One, Centerstone’s integrated Web-based collaboration platform. It ties together multiple databases and software products throughout the workplace, creating a holistic view of an organization’s real estate, facilities, space, operations, personnel, life safety, and asset information for decision-making, strategic analysis, scenario planning and ongoing management. Centerstone instructors introduced real workplace scenarios from companies like PeopleSoft and EMC into the curriculum.
