This person will be a highly organized and energetic individual with a deep knowledge of building systems, bidding and permitting processes, code compliance, and safety regulations.
- Participation: In planning studies, programming efforts, facility utilization analyses, and space planning initiatives.
- Conduct technical reviews: Of architectural designs, drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Project management: Coordinate all readiness workstreams across both facilities; partner with the client on a staffing strategy to backfill existing engineering resources during transition, defining required FTEs and continuity plans.
- Integration: Systematically integrate all-source intelligence, geotechnical data, topographical data, facility expertise, and facility design and maintenance principles to characterize heavy industrial facility missions and physical configurations.
- Experience managing complex utility plants, distribution systems, and multi-building facility operations including maintenance and vendor oversight.
