Workspeed, Inc., developer of a Web-based application for streamlining property management workflow, has now extended its service to France. The company’s first portfolio agreement outside the US is with French property manager GFF Institutionnels, to provide services to properties in Paris totaling 370,000 sq.m. The property portfolio includes about 10% of Paris’ La Defense business district and several buildings in central Paris close to Tour Montparnasse.
Workspeed will be used to initiate, authorize, route, and track maintenance requests; request additional services from landlords or vendors; and schedule shared building resources. It will allow owners, managers, tenants, and vendors to access one common data source for all information concerning a property. Owners and managers will be able to monitor, compile, and analyze property operating information for a single building or an entire portfolio of properties in real time from a single Workspeed dashboard. Workspeed plans to develop new applications regularly.
