XYBIX introduces I-Fit ergonomic management software for ErgoPower adjustable height tables

July 8, 2002—XYBIX Systems, a manufacturer of adjustable tables, has launched a height adjustment software that recommends ergonomic settings for ErgoPower tables each time an individual user logs on to the network.

The I-Fit features are designed for Microsoft Windows 98 through Windows XP. Users can adjust tables to their individual settings for seated or standing working postures, with a click of the mouse. Users can occupy any workstation on the network, and their settings will be applied from the network database.

The I-Fit software program records table usage by each individual user based on network log-on name and password. This provides a record of individual settings on a time scale basis. Records are logged in an Access1 database, and reports can be customized to meet specific requirements.

The ergonomic settings are designed to reduce potential for upper extremity musculoskeletal injuries, which result from neutral alignment of wrists and natural position of arms and shoulders, says the company. For more information, contact XYBIX.
