Seattle-based Equarius, a full-service e-business provider, recently announced it will develop an energy load management solution for Power Resource Managers, an independent power management and consulting company, to help them more efficiently manage their client and partner energy resources. The solution will integrate real-time data feeds from energy suppliers, resource consumption (from metering devices), and market/weather data. Based on forecasts of planned and actual consumption, energy can be traded on the open market to best manage energy surpluses or shortages.
Equarius is developing this solution as part of its Integrated Enterprise Framework solution offering. The Integrated Enterprise Framework provides companies with a pre-integrated e-business infrastructure that can be deployed rapidly and which seamlessly connects a company’s internal enterprise systems, e-commerce applications, customers, suppliers, and other trading partners.
