INFICON Holding AG recently introduced the HLD5000 Refrigerant Leak Detector for testing and servicing pressurized, sealed refrigeration systems.
According to INFICON, the HLD5000 is the only refrigerant leak detector that uses an infrared absorption sensor system. It detects leaks of less than 1 gram per year, responds in less than one second, and will not trigger a false alarm. The unit is designed to detect various refrigerants, including industry standards of R134A, R407C, and R410A.
