December 14, 2001—Peregrine Systems now offers two new comprehensive end-user Web-based training (WBT) programs developed by Hyperion Associates for all of Peregrine’s ServiceCenter 4 customers. Hyperion, a full-service education and training company, developed the WBT programs for giant software company Peregrine.
Bundled at no additional cost with all ServiceCenter 4 licenses, these WBT end-user programs are designed to allow companies to train their service management representatives quickly, consistently, and cost effectively. Peregrine will provide one end-user WBT subscriptions for each floating license purchased. Each subscription is active for one year from the ServiceCenter purchase date. Customers who wish to subscribe to additional training seats can purchase them directly from Hyperion. These WBT end-user programs are offered in addition to the technical administrator WBT end-user programs available through Peregrine Education Services.
