The new leak manager tool of Refrigerant Compliance Manager T 2002 Software (RCM 2002) incorporates a question and answer format that directs users step-by-step, through a series of yes or no questions. The leak manager then prompts users to follow the required steps in dealing with leaking systems.
“Failure to act according to the EPA’s requirements for leaking systems and misunderstandings about leak rates cause many companies to receive steep EPA fines for non-compliance,” said Steve Ehrlich, vice president of compliance services for Environmental Support Solutions. Other new features include: attachments of documents, digital photos, scanned manufacturer’s parts lists; operation and maintenance manuals or retrofit/retirement plans are allowed.
