June 12, 2002—Centerstone Software, Inc., has released e-Center One version 3.2, which includes Workplace LM, its new lease management solution.
The new Workplace LM technology provides users with a complete integration of lease information with existing workplace data, giving companies a comprehensive view of their entire enterprise workplace. This combination of capabilities allows users to access their abstract leases online, view their workplace for scenario planning, and track leased assets, buildings, floorplans, spaces and regions in a secure real-time environment. Automated e-mail notification ensures that critical lease dates are met without additional financial obligation or legal dispute.
e-Center One v.3.2 also provides other new features, including currency-, square footage- and real estate-specific calculators, an enhanced user interface, print capabilities and a condensed corporate mapping client for casual users. e-Center One also provides increased security enhancements allowing administrators to set strict password protection levels and limit the number of invalid password attempts.
