January 24, 2003—Mackenzie Fraser Enterprises Inc., based in Saskatchewan, has launched a new Web site, Tenant Insider, that helps tenants in the United States and Canada understand, scrutinize, and prepare for lease negotiations.
The site offers information, articles, and reports for those in the commercial, industrial, retail, and office sectors. Other useful tools include a Tenant Insider Glossary, which defines everything from the Asbestos Analysts Registry to Zero Coupon Bonds.
