August 8, 2005—Simple Remote, LLC, has introduced a real estate business management tool, Simple Remote Real Estate Software, which enables the integration and synchronization of every contact, appointment, property, deal, lender, tenant, financial institution, picture and document by individual, deal, or property, according to the company, which develops manageable solutions for the real estate industry.
The Simple Remote software tracks property information, linking contacts, tenants, lenders, and all documents and images relevant to the transaction. The real estate-specific software links and tracks all documents and related information associated with each property, transaction, or potential deal. It has the ability to set up, sort, or search any data in the database. A built-in calendar with appointments and tasks trigger email and pop-up reminders, all categorized by contact, property, or lease.
Documents in PDF, Excel, or Word format can be saved in Simple Remote in their original form or as templates within the application and can be linked to specific deals and/or contacts. Saved documents retain the file extension and creation data and can be emailed to appropriate persons and organizations.
Simple Remote also synchs with many existing software platforms such as Microsoft Outlook; it will soon connect to wireless PDAs for access to key information in the field.
