September 26, 2005—The new Kent Razor Plus walk-behind automatic scrubber with cylindrical scrub deck sweeps and scrubs in a single pass, helping operators simplify cleaning by completing two tasks at once, notes Kent. The counter-rotating cylindrical brushes sweep loose debris into a hopper while putting water on the floor, eliminating the need to dust mop before scrubbing.
Available in 24 and 28-inch cleaning paths, the Razor Plus cylindrical scrubber can be converted to a disc scrubber (in 24, 26 and 28-inch widths) by changing out the scrub decks on the machine without tools.
The Razor Plus cylindrical scrubber features 21-gallon solution and recovery tanks, onboard battery charger, variable scrub pressure, and hospital-quiet operation, Kent says. Optional maintenance-free gel batteries are simpler and cleaner to maintain than standard wet-acid batteries. A pre-calibrated, consistent solution flow system improves productivity by providing up to one hour of scrubbing on a full solution tank.
