October 19, 2005—Xactware Inc. has announced the release of XactRemodel, professional estimation software for the remodeling industry.
Enhancements to the companys existing Xactimate for Remodelers include: import image underlay from AutoCAD; the ability to create an estimate graphically or by line item entry; and ability to print to scale (print on large plotter printers); and the tools to calculate flooring cuts and lay direction automatically. The system integrates with Accounting and CRM software to create a total business solution, notes the company.
