December 2, 2005—The US General Services Administration (GSA) recently launched a redesign of its external agency Web site.
The redesigned site makes it easier for federal customer agencies, vendors who do business with GSA, and citizens to find the products and services that GSA offers, whether they require an online self-service tool, specific reference information, or a phone number to call for personal assistance.
Some of the improvements include: a newly redesigned homepage with individualized categories for specific visitor groups, an enhanced search presentation, a more user-friendly layout of topical information, and an enhanced presentation of current GSA initiatives and events.
