August 28, 2006—Cooper Lighting has introduced the Corelite Iridium IQ, a sleek architectural direct-indirect linear fluorescent luminaire offering complete optical and aesthetic flexibility.
Referred to as the new Smart fixture, the Iridium IQ features Corelite’s most innovative and intelligent features, says the company, including the unique Slide-N-Lock optical system and the glare-reducing Eclipse Louver.
Suited for open and private offices, conference rooms, corridors, schools, libraries, labs and public spaces, Slide-N-Lock optics offer field adjustable uplight/downlight settings, allowing the choice of numerous combinations of uplight and downlight percentages to accommodate every lighting scenario.
An additional control feature includes downlight lamp isolators, which offer the ability to isolate individual lamps in downlight orientation when combined with dual circuiting. Lamp isolators provide precise control to meet task criteria in classrooms, training rooms, laboratories, offices and lecture halls.
The Iridium IQ may be mounted individually or continuously in 4′, 8′, and 12′ modular sections in T8 or T5HO configurations. The fixture aligns with T-Grid and interface with all ceiling types.
