May 4, 2007—As part of EMCOR Group (UK)’s ongoing 5-year strategic plan to develop its total capability, and following the recent acquisition of the Rosser & Russell M&E business, EMCOR has made a change to the structure of its UK engineering and construction activities to accelerate increased collaboration across its businesses.
EMCOR’s two construction businesses of “Engineering Services” and “Infrastructure and Rail Services” will be linked to create an integrated and comprehensive engineering capability strengthening EMCOR’s ability to handle projects, regardless of their size, across a broad range of markets, says the company. Both businesses will maintain their strong identity and position in the marketplace to ensure EMCOR continues to deliver the highest possible level of service to its customers.
The move forms part of EMCOR’s strategy to strengthen and integrate its mechanical and electrical design and construction business alongside its facilities management service.
