New intelligent wireless alarm system from Rosslare has interactive voice menu

September 21, 2007—Rosslare Security, a worldwide provider of intrusion security products, introduces the HomeLogiX wireless alarm system, a new concept in light commercial and residential wireless alarm and automation, according to the company.

HomeLogiX, a 40-zone talking system, offers fully programmable transmitter keys, a flexible event/response and scheduler logic and customized zones. It introduces an interactive voice menu that easily identifies the mobile phone owner and then navigates the user through a speech menu, enabling automation control, arming options, 2-way voice and status reports.

The system’s 40-zone capacity is managed through pre-defined zone categories that interact with a wide range of Rosslare’s wireless devices. Designed to be user friendly and easy to operate, HomeLogiX provides individual text as well as voice titles that are complemented by a choice of chime sounds per zone.

Being simple to configure, set up and use, HomeLogiX offers the best solution for intrusion security without invasive installation, explains the company. To keep the user updated, a two-line backlit LCD screen displays all vital system information. Users can optionally receive vocal updates using a local or remote phone.

The control panel is compatible with Rosslare’s full range of wireless sensors and remote control accessories, enabling customers to expand their system when needed, without costly and invasive installations.
