October 26, 2007—AgiLight Inc., a developer of high-quality, low-energy lighting technologies and products for commercial signage and architectural applications, designed its new ThinRayz Xtra ultra-thin, low-profile, high-output white LED sign lighting modules for use in larger signs and applications demanding the brightest white light source, says the company. They can be used for both shallow and deep letters and sign cabinets.
ThinRayz Xtra provides energy efficiency, high brightness, uniform coverage and consistent white coloration, according to AgiLight. The lighting modules provide 33 percent greater light output than AgiLight’s standard ThinRayz white modules, says the company, adding that the modules achieve their energy efficiency and brightness by using four Tri-Die LED packages per module, the equivalent of 12 standard LEDs.
