June 14, 2002—Armstrong has expanded its Vector family of suspended ceilings in WoodWorks Vector, which won a Silver Award in The Best of NeoCon competition held at The Merchandise Mart, Chicago, in June. WoodWorks Vector panels are available in rich maple, cherry, and beech veneer finishes. The vector edge detail produces a -in. reveal that minimizes the visible grid, thereby creating a ceiling that is much more monolithic in appearance than ordinary suspended ceilings. It also provides safe and secure downward accessibility. Perforated acoustical performance options can be specified with acoustical infill pads. These panels can be installed with minimum plenum clearance, and are less expensive than custom millwork. For more information, contact Armstrong.
