December 11, 2002—To provide real estate professionals with dependable information on building performance, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International has launched a new online version of its Experience Exchange Report (EER).
Compiled from responses of approximately 4,000 office buildings representing approximately 700 million square feet of space across North America, BOMA’s new online EER is a Web-based version of the annual report that offers flexibility to tailor and interact with data on a more intuitive level. Users can choose to compare from a number of criteria and quickly produce graphs, charts, and tables, says BOMA.
A free demonstration of BOMA’s online version of the EER is accessible from any computer with Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher or Netscape Navigator 6.2 or higher. The information on the demo can be organized according to personal preferences. Users can produce custom graphic charts and tables, and manipulate the data on the Web.
The online version of the EER is available on a subscription basis for a single user or may be purchased on a company wide subscription, which allows for unlimited users within the company. Full subscriptions run from August 1 through July 31, 2003, and prorated subscriptions, including the 2002 version, are available throughout the year. For additional information or to order, call 800/426-6292 or visit BOMA.
In addition, the 2002 EER print publication is available for purchase from BOMA International, as well as from local BOMA association offices, to BOMA members for $160 and $280 for non-members (reference #200-02E02-489). The 2002 EER is also available in CD-ROM format to BOMA members for $300 and $400 for non-members (reference #202-EERCD02-489). Participants in the survey will receive special discounts.
