June 12, 2002—New company Bricsnet FM (Belgium) opened its doors on June 4, 2002 in California, New Hampshire, Belgium, and Singapore with proven technology solutions to help efficiently manage properties and construction projects.
Bricsnet FM was created with new investors worldwide and Belgium-based company Bricsnet, which provided the intellectual property of its products Project/Center, for the architect, engineer, and contractor (AEC) market, and Building/Center, for property owners. The new company was formed to drive these technologies to market. Bricsnet is now essentially a holding company.
The technology platform behind Bricsnet FM’s Building/Center allows the integration of disparate technology tools and data from multiple properties into one central digital dashboard for efficient management of properties. The software solution provides the ability to seamlessly access and combine data from all aspects of a property’s lifecycle, including leasing, assets, maintenance, and projects.
