CDS expands recycling products, document shredders

November 28, 2005—Confidential Destruction Services (CDS) exhibited its new range of recycled products, a wider range of document and media shredders, and some new accreditations at the recent Total Workplace Management (TWM) show in London.

CDS says it can fulfill all UK security shredding and recycling requirements to the highest specifications. CDS’ high-security depots can be used for the recycling of all types of sensitive material including paper, redundant IT equipment and electronic products, uniforms, discs, videos tapes, counterfeit goods, and general office “waste.”

CDS offers a range of products such as security bins, containers, and anything else needed for secure destruction requirements. The company also produces goods made from recycled materials. In addition, CDS staff members offer practical advice tailored to individual companies.

CDS recently achieved Quality Standard ISO9001:2000, awarded by the British Standards Institute. The company has also been accepted as a Principal member of the BSIA (the British Security Industry Association), and now works to the organization’s stringent Code of Practice.
