According to the company, although managers can be impressed with what a CMMS will do for a maintenance department, they’ll also want to know how the investment will affect the company’s bottom-line.
The “Justify your CMMS” resource contains information to help maintenance professionals create proposals outlining the company-wide benefits of CMMS software. The “Justification Spreadsheet,” for example, lets the employees use current maintenance data to calculate the savings possible through implementation of a CMMS.
