May 25, 2007—The ISS Group, one of the leading Facility Services Groups in the world, and Sanitors, Inc., a major US provider of cleaning and other facility services such as building maintenance, landscaping, bridge tending and security, have signed an agreement whereby ISS will acquire Sanitors, Inc. expanding its worldwide operations to 50 countries.
Sanitors, which has annual revenues of approximately $320 million, with 10,000 employees in the US, will maintain its headquarters in San Antonio and all 8 divisions throughout the US . The company will be renamed ISS Facilities Services Inc. and will continue under the leadership of its founder and CEO, Mr. Darrell Glover.
