Kimball Office Group has joined the Design with Care program, a cause-related marketing fundraiser for DIFFA (Design Industry Foundation Fighting AIDS). Kimball will donate a portion of the sale of the highly successful and award-winning casegood product Definition to DIFFA for the specification of that product in the name of design firms nationwide. DIFFA is one of the oldest and largest funders of HIV/AIDS service and education programs in the United States.
The program will be directed by Bob Rigby, Divisional Manager for Kimball in NYC, and implemented nationwide by Kimball salespeople. Until now, the program consisted mainly of wall and floor covering companies, and lighting and textile companies offering certain products for this program. Joining this cause supports part of Kimball’s mission statement, of “giving back to the communities in which we serve.”
