Latest REM Income/Expense report provides operating data and cost comparisons

November 7, 2005—The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) recently published 2005 Income/Expense Analysis reports for key property sectors that reveal 2004 vs. 2003 operating data and cost comparisons.

Marking their 50th anniversary, the reports are designed to help property owners, managers, investors, appraisers, lenders, developers and other real estate professionals evaluate their buildings’ performance and prepare budget and revenue projections, feasibility studies, etc.

Individual 2005 reports for office buildings, conventional apartments, condos and shopping centers are available in both hard copy and downloadable PDF and customizable Excel file formats.
