Forrest Solutions provides mailroom and staffing services in the greater New York area, employing more than 1,100 employees.
MailSource says its reputation, focus on people and complementary client base make it an ideal partner as the group looks to expand its global footprint.
Forrest Solutions and the management team under company founder Steve Forrest will be integrated into the MailSource Group, with the subsidiary to be known as MailSource Inc.
