NeoCon’08: Three new BRAZO lights introduced by Haworth

June 16, 2008—Haworth, Inc. expands its lighting platform by introducing three new BRAZO lights at the NeoCon World’s Trade Fair 2008 in Chicago.

The new offerings include two new task lights with white glossy and powder-coated black matte finish and a floor light. The floor light, built on the same platform as the task light, provides a height option with telescoping range 50-57 inches.

BRAZO, designed by Pablo Pardo of Pablo Designs in San Francisco, features 18 high powered LED lights with full dim control via its dimmer knob at the back end of the arm. It is the first task light to offer focus control, says the company—the simple rotation of the glass tube dial located at the front of the shade allows the user to both direct and choose any desired light spread. The light also features 360-degree head rotation with 90-degree head adjustability, height adjustment and tangle free wire rotation.

BRAZO, with a precision quality machined recyclable aluminum body, uses luminous and energy efficient LEDs which are 85% more efficient than incandescent lamps, and have a life span of up to 50,000 hours. BRAZO is 97% recyclable.
