The OPEX AS3600i, designed for both mail opening and capture, captures images and then imports them into the eDesk FTE system. The AS3600i can handle a variety of commingled documents, including clean payments, exception mail, and full page. There is no need to presort; with the OPEX AS3600i, as quickly as mail is opened, it’s scanned, the companies say.
eDesk FTE supports the OPEX AS3600i as well as management’s initiatives to reduce costs and improve operational efficiencies. Institutions can scan and capture data from all types of remittance mail on a single OPEX workstation and seamlessly integrate with eDesk FTE for back-end processing, including image archive and research, database management, distribution, and forms processing.
