Web Work version 5.0 Web-based CMMS software breaks new ground Web Work version 5.0 is Tero Consulting Ltd.’s latest Web-based management solution designed to meet the requirements of the maintenance professional. This true Web-based CMMS claims high functionality and ease of use. Designed specifically for the Web, Web Work uses few network resources and requires only Microsoft Windows Explorer (3.02 or better) to operate. It does not require expensive hardware or software; all processing is done on the server with SQL and HTML Scripts. Operations can even be extended out into the field with palm top computers or cellular phones. The server requires only Windows NT 4.0 with IIS. This version of Web Work, recently selected by Plant Engineering magazine as a finalist for Product of the Year, includes time cards, cellular phone compatibility, enhanced accounting features, and data divisions.
