September 22, 2006—SAP announced that it is finding strong customer adoption of SAP Real Estate Management, enterprise software for monitoring and operating real estate holdings. From commercial real estate developers to leading corporations with global holdings, increasing numbers of companies are gaining the benefits of this industry-specific software that is fully-integrated in mySAP ERP, SAP’s flagship enterprise resource planning (ERP) application, the company says.
SAP customers citing success with SAP Real Estate Management include Canadian railway company CN; London Borough of Waltham Forest; and Rodamco, the largest listed retail property company in Europe. These companies as well as SAP customers DEGEWO, Edelweiss, Shell International Petroleum Company, VVO and Metro Asset Management will be demonstrating the benefits gained from the deployment of the application at the International SAP Real Estate Management Conference, being held in Rome, Italy, October 11 – 13.
