ARAMARK wins contract to assess Harvard buildings

August 19, 2005—ARAMARK, a world leader in managed services, has been awarded the strategic and technical consulting services contract for a facilities condition assessment for Harvard University’s Office of Capital Project Services, the company says. The contract includes assessment of buildings in all 10 Harvard Schools and academic units. Harvard plans to assess all of its buildings, totaling more than 20 million gross square feet, at least once every ten years. An additional service to be provided is individual building analyses to examine life cycle costing.
