Appraisal Institute

The Appraisal Institute, a global membership association of professional real estate appraisers, provides a wide range of resources and professional education programs. The Appraisal Institute confers the MAI, SRPA and SRA designations as marks of excellence in the field of real estate valuation and analysis.
