June 23, 2006—The inviting, open-book design of HAG Conventio Wing chair from izzydesign is at home in conference, meeting and education rooms. It won a Gold Award in the Best of NeoCon’06 competition in the Seating: Stacking category.
Creating a simple and elegant design _expression, the fun “wing” shaping of the seat and back shell also meets ergonomic requirements. Instead of a static chair or a simple back flex, the HAG Conventio Wing offers comfort through its simple rocking mechanism, notes the company.
HAG Conventio has self-leveling frame and glides, and it stacks 15 high with or without arms. The trolley option stacks 12. Options for the stacking chair range from polypropylene seat/back shell up to fully padded seat and back, with four legs or five-star foot base with height-adjustable lift. Arms are retrofittable.
The HAG Conventio wing chair meets ANSI/BIFMA and EN 1335 (Europe) standards and earned GREENGUARD certification. It is 100 percent recyclable with minimum use of materials.
