BSIA announces IFSEC UK security industry innovation award winners

June 27, 2005—The British Security Industry Association (BSIA) and CMP Information announced the winners of their 2005 Security Industry Innovation Awards at the recent IFSEC conference. This year’s awards for the first time recognized not only the best new security products developed since February 2004, but also excellence in the fields of exporting and project innovation.

The 2005 winners are:

  • Best New Physical Security Product: ASSA Co—Evolution Electromechanical Locks
  • Best New Service Product: Honeywell—Lobbyworks
  • Exporter of the Year 2005: Integrated Design Ltd
  • New Exporter of the Year 2005: WebWayOne
  • Most Innovative UK Security Project or Installation: Concept Smoke Screen—Point Protection within a Retail Superstore Environment
  • Most Innovative International Security Project or Installation: Dedicated Microcomputers Group Ltd—NS Trains, Holland
