July 29, 2002—Cyco Software, a provider of engineering document management solutions for the departmental and divisional CAD and facilities management market, has just released a new version of its award-winning document and CAD viewer, AutoManager View.
With AutoManager View, designers can view, zoom, print, mark-up, and compare over 250 document types, including compressed and encoded database, presentation, raster, spreadsheet, vector, and word processing file formats. The software also includes the BriefCase utility, which enables designers to share drawings and related data securely across the Internet.
New features in AutoManager View 3.3 include: Microsoft Office XP viewing (Word 2002, Excel 2002, PowerPoint 2002, and Outlook 2002); preview viewing of SolidWorks 2001 Plus files; support for AutoCAD 2002 viewing of fonts, line types, and dimensions; enhanced viewing and printing of AutoCAD 2002 DWF files; improved DXF viewing; improved redlining and printing of TIFF files; faster drawing compare feature; and an enhanced raster viewer that recognizes more variations files.
