by Brianna Crandall — September 10, 2021 — Kingspan Light + Air, a leading provider of daylighting products and division of Kingspan Group PLC, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Major Industries, Inc., providing a one-stop shop for a broad range of daylighting solutions.
Kingspan Light + Air manufactures high-quality, daylighting solutions including skylights and smoke vents as well as translucent canopy, roof, and façade systems. The acquisition combines Major’s value-added product portfolio of skylights, canopies and wall systems along with their customer service focus with KLA’s deep system portfolio with the goal of exceeding customer expectations for daylighting solutions.
