May 31, 2002—Environmental Support Solutions (ESS) has released a Web-based user interface for the Training and Safety Management modules of Compliance Suite, ESS’ line of desktop EH&S software products. WebConnect allows users to access the system via company intranet to enter data such as self-registration for training classes or reporting of incidents.
“WebConnect for Training Management gives employees and their instructors the control to manage how and when they register for training classes, view training histories, correspond with one another, and compile reports on student status,” said Ray Richeson, Vice President and General Manager of RMS Systems, ESS’ subsidiary that develops and markets Compliance Suite.
In addition to Training and Safety Management, Compliance Suite modules include refrigerant and ozone-depleting chemical management, hazardous waste management, audit management, chemical inventory, and MSDS management.
